Option to filter by "Week Of" Date
My scenario:
I have a calendar datapage in the "week" view. I have a button that lists records only in "current week".I would like to have the option to filter my listed records by the week selected on the calendar. When I navigate to a specific week in the calendar, there is a parameter in the URL named "cbCalendarStartDate".
We could use this parameter date to filter the list by something like "Same week as: [@cbCalendarStartDate]". Currently there is only options of:
Current Week
Current Month
Current Year
Previous X Days
Next X Days

Make it easy to find deployed DataPages
On the Usage and Billing screen, I can see how many DataPages I have deployed (e.g. 34 of 50). But there's no easy way for me to see what pages those are. I have 105 DataPages total, as shown in All Assets. To find out which 34 of 105 DataPages are deployed, I have to open each folder within the Apps and then I can sort by the Deployed column to see what's been deployed. There ought to be a view of deployed DataPages across all Apps/Folders.

Email confirmations exclude blank fields
When you set an email confirmation for a data page and have it send the fields, it would be awesome to have it exclude form fields that were not answered / blank.

Convert submission data to Plain Text
Currently, submission data is not converted to Plain Text, which can cause text errors in the Table where the submission data is stored.
For example, if somebody goes into Microsoft Word, and copies quotation symbols “” or bullet points •, pastes it into a Caspio Submission form, and presses submit, the data is not converted into plain text, and the result is a � symbol or "�" in the table data.
However, if the text were converted to Plain Text during the submission process, the quotations would be converted from “” to "" and the bullet point • would be…

Add an "Other" option to list boxes.
If I have a list box I may need to allow for an "other" field. This should be a part of the list box that when selected allows for text entry. It should be a part of the list box so that other layout items are not affected when it appears.

Allow the Rules for fields in a Search Form to have the "Required" Action in the same way they do for a Submit Form.
In a Submit Form when you create a Rule it can have an Action to make a Field either Hidden, Disabled, or Required. On a Search Form the Required option is not available, but it would be nice to have. The option exists to directly set a Field to "Required" in both a Search or Submit Forms. It is just the functionality to so so dynamically via a Rule for a Field in a Search Form which is missing.

Allow keyword parsing in a Search Field to be turned off
When using the "Contains" comparison type in a Search Field the basic behavior is useful in many cases, but it can also be problematic. It would be nice to be able to choose whether or not what was entered would taken as a single Literal rather than Parsed.
Here is the issue in more detail.
Contains | Does Not Contain
Keyword is searched within a text field or a file name field. If multiple keywords are entered in the search field, AND operator is assumed between them. User can also provide a desired operator by entering it in ALL CAPS

In the Admin Console DataPage Editor, Label Required Fields with an Asterisk
I think this would be easy, as it's just a display change...
An Asterisk next to a DataPage Element that is set to "Required" would be a nice time saver when working with large DataPages.

Prevent the App-Parameters Long-Text editor from breaking lines
The new Long Text editor for App Parameters is AWESOME!
However, it automatically breaks the content, which when used in code breaks it.

Could you make a format option within the "Display options" that says "Phone" or "Mobile Format" and allows the leading Zero to be displayed (it currently doesn't work that way). This would then allow users to click on the phone number from their mobile and it would dial automatically.

Lock fields instead of entire tables when custom programming uses a table.
Currently, if professional service does any custom work (i.e. triggered action, etc) the entire table is locked and the user cannot do any further development using that table (i.e. cannot add fields, etc.). This causes users to have to submit tickets just to have a new field added. That can take from hours to days to get done through that process. This directly contradicts the use-case for Caspio which should allow users to develop their own apps.
Previously users may have changed a field used in custom programming which would break the programming. A support ticket would then go in…

Ability to mark fields required when creating data tables (Same as NULL and NOT NULL at MS SQLServer Level)
The front end has the ability to mark fields required from data page. Need the same at the table level. If the field is a required field at the table level should automatically be required in the data page.

Pre-populating the labels from an Excel import
When I import a table from Excel, the first row is generally the field names. I should be able to tell Caspio that the cells in the second row are the field labels.

Specify tooltip for image / record from column
It would be great if it was possible to specify a tooltip for a field which is diplayed in a datapage.

It would be great if it was possible to have a revision history for a given datafield together with a date and user stamp

Set password for export files
I think most apps contain some kind of personal information, and is subject to data privacy and protection requirements and laws.
It will be really useful to be able to protect all exports both via the datapage or caspio, so that even if the files are leaked they will be reasonably safe from non-authorized users.
I can't seem to find a solution to this so i assumed this feature is not available.

Ability to sort View on specific field
When using a single table to store all my drop down values, it would be great to be able to sort on a custom column. There are times where sorting alphabetically is not the correct choice.
Also, if you could sort on a view it would be one less step to configure in the data page. It would help with reusability.

Attach Object
There is a way to detach an object from a specific App but there isn't a way to attach it to a specific App. You can Share the object but sometimes you simply want to move something to a specific App as part of house keeping.
