Better visualization of created reports and charts, as well as comparative data, for example in reports of sales results.
Caspio is a good all-round platform for building all sorts of applications, but so many uses often mean better tools in one area of operation and worse in another. When something is good for everything, it's usually not good at anything. In my opinion, this is precisely the problem of Caspio.
We create analytical applications, create financial reports and advanced sales analytics in large retail chains.

Allow Bulk Editing of Records within Tables Datasheet View
Allow bulk editing of records within the Datasheet view of Tables. The ability to Filter records is there, but no way to update multiple fields of the filtered records.

Notes about Current Application
It would be useful to have a "Notes" Icon on the left UI bar where you could jot down relative information to the current app. Example 1: if you aren't going to work on an app for awhile you could leave yourself a note of where you left off/what you need to do. Example 2: if you have your data set up as integers with relations you have to exit and look them up.

Conditional Dropdown; 2+ sources for dropdown list
It would be nice if we could have conditional dropdowns (not cascading) that will change the datasource/value list depending on the value of a Parent element.
In example, if the Parent value was A, then the dropdown would list Group A values. Likewise, if the Parent value was B, then that same dropdown would now show Group B values.

Make it so Scheduled Import task can trigger Triggered Actions
Would love to have my triggered action being triggered whenever I update the table thru Scheduled import task. For example, I have table with my inventory report and is being updated via scheduled import task daily. It would be nice to add a "Updated as of (date/time the scheduled task was run).

Should be able to deploy Tasks and allow varied permission levels like datapages
Seems crazy that the only way to grant permission to run a task is give a person FULL ADMIN access -
Tasks should be able to be run to whomever we grant permission - they modify table data but datapages can as well.
Should be able to deploy a task and set any level of permission - at the very least allow a person to run assigned tasks inside a app and not need to grant ADMIN access

Should be able to have "download data" for PDF above header
For our customers it is really confusing to find the download PDF option when it is below the header - tucked right above data
It is far far far from idiot proof
The PDF option needs to be super simple for people to use

Dynamic / Cascading Multi-Select Fields
We need dynamic/cascading Multi-Select Fields. It is really a pain that you need to hardtype the multi-select values on the table level.
If we could have a multiselect field use a lookup table, or have the option to be cascading to let the available values change depending on another field, would be so helpful.
In example, if I have a list of values for my Multi-Select ListBox, and I only want to show some of the values for Employees and all of the values for Admins, it would be sweet to cascade this listbox off of another value to get…

Move 'Delete' option found under each listed app in My Apps (Home) screen instead under 'More' drop-down
It is unnerving to have the 'Delete' link so easy to accidentally click and then delete a whole application. At least if it was under the 'More' link, it is not as easy to accidentally click.

View only until authenticated
It would be great if it was possible to make datapages where data was visible but could not be edited without authenticating. This would alleviate managing multiple very similar pages.

Configure Filtering Fields calculated
Configure Filtering Fields section to allow use of Calculated fields that make use of external parameter inputs.
This would reduce some of the input parameters being passed since calculation can be done locally with more limited set of inputs.

Allow to send email with Sendinblue services. This allow to provide opt-out feature and handle my email list with GDPR compliance.

Allow for logout to limit to utilize authentication when re-directing to another page that has different authentication.
In attempt to implement a "portal" like login where second layer has different authentication parameters, this worked but find limit in trying to logout of second layer to go back to first page ("portal"). As I understand CASPIO only fully logs out of all pages and not out of the single authentication being utilized.

Apply rules to display only datapage element
Within a datapage, I wish to apply rules to show/hide elements based upon thier value. There are usecases where rules need to be applied to and based upon datapage elements that are "Display Only".

look at being able to update a table (via triggered actions) based on a view rather than just an individual table
With the limitation on cascaded triggered actions, it'd be nice to be able to update another table by stepping through a view.
