   Instead of just Captcha also make Recaptcha available so people that are interested can move away from numbers & letters, which can sometimes be difficult to enter, & allow the use of Recaptcha with pictures or the click of a box. This would reduce frustration for many users.

2. create an instant app with contest form and submissions for approval and rejection process

   I would like to conduct or host a contest for our newspapers, I would like to have an instant app that would be a generic form with registered users within the database and would be unique. Step 1. Fill out form with information. 2. Make submissions to enter into the contest 3. Admin will go in and approve or reject submissions. 4. Contest will run till a certain date and then the system would randomly pick winners or we can manually pick a unique id at the newspaper.

3. 50mb

   We backup our Caspio Data every week using a Scheduled Task. Out DB has finally exceeded 50MB which means we no longer can create a Scheduled Task for our Backups. Can this limitation be lifted so we can continue with automatic backups?

   We can create two scheduled task and manually select the tables we want to back up but when a new table is created it wont automatically be backed up.

   As an admin, if I needed to terminate all sessions (logout users) to place an app in maintenance mode to work on tables or fix a bug.

5. Reminders calendar datapage

   Create a datapage that enables the user to set reminders for a particular date and when these reminders show up on the calendar view. Goals would be to have an event on a date and then be able to set up unlimited reminders for that event that can all be told to display or not display on a particular date in the calendar. This would allow for pre-event tasks to be scheduled as well as post event tasks and they would all be tied to the event for good record keeping down the road. Currently we can tell a field to display or not display & to accomplish this quickly, it would be great to have an option to tell the field when to start & end display plus give the user the option to "check" a box when completed so it doesn't need to display anymore. The long term fix here would be to add multiple reminders to a current field in a datapage + give the reminder display options such as when to start, when to stop & criteria to stop if prior to the stop date.

6. Create a combination single record update and submission datapage

   I would like to see a feature that essentially allows for one form to be both a single record update and submission datapage simultaneously. The practical use for this type of datapage would be edit an existing record based on a unique ID and if it does not exist, create it.

   For customer (and even employee) facing applications, simplicity is key. One datapage that would look up to see if they have a record in a particular table to allow them to edit its contents and if not create one would be quite useful. I imagine other caspio users could find plenty of other unique ways in which this could be helpful.

7. Subscription enabled calendars - iCal, ics etc

   More advanced features for calendars would be great.
   One idea (I can't seem to figure out how to do it) is to enable calendars to be subscribed to, or create a .ics file.

8. export csv file should not have quotes in each field value

   when create an export csv file without having all the quotes on each value. Most of the time the file export is used for interface and all it needs is comma delimited. It should also provide an option to say include header or not.

   Caspio currently create file this way
   header row with - "Name","phone"
   detail row with - "ABC","9201930000"

   I suggest the header row should be an option, the detail row should not have the quotes e.g. ABC,9201930000

   Can u make an html editor in the email created from email links?
   Same with automatic emails.

10. allow me to select an autocomplete value field that is separate from the field filtered on

    When adding an autocomplete field to a form, I would like to be able to select the table/view, the field to filter on AND the field value to store in the record. So that, for example, if I am using an autocomplete field to let someone choose a person, I should be able to choose the 'fullname' field for autocomplete to scan, but 'personid' should be the value that gets stored in the record when it is submitted.

11. allow views on views, so the data source design can effectively become a bit more "object-oriented" and more maintainable

    and also allow "full SQL" definition of views - set unions, set differences etc.; plus creation of combination / concatenation fields in views; would be great in itself but also provide solutions to some of the front end limitations like drop downs can't be sorted on some other field etc.

12. Add an async form processing option that allows a background datapage (or chain) and parameter cascade to act like a trigger

    Right now, the system has what I would call "Foreground Datapages" - they are sequentially accessed in full view of the client.

    I'd like to see the addition of "Background Datapages" - these are asynchronous pages that must start with a Foreground Datapage as a destination, can chain to however many background datapages one wishes to chain, and then returns a Foreground Datapage destination with parameters to navigate to.

    This would alleviate the javascript cludge required to use a single datapage form to update multiple tables, improve the user experience of working with these forms, and simulate the activity of certain kinds of triggers (which right now are not possible in caspio).

13. File submission renaming

    There should be a way for files to be renamed upon submission based on a field value. For example, the autonumber or field id could become appended to the file name as a prefix.

    This way when files are bulk downloaded it would be clear which record they were part of.

    It would be extremely helpful to be able to put records with several different date fields on a single Calendar.

    For example, a table has fields for ‘DateCreated', ShipDate', and ‘Received_Date'. I need to have a single calendar that puts each of these dates (if there is a value in that field) using another field's value (‘Description’ in this case, to identify the calendar ‘even't) in the same calendar.

    For example. A record in this table with a Field:Description value of 'Oushak Rug' could have:

    DateCreated: 05/01/15
    ShipDate: 07/06/15
    Finish_Date: 09/03/15

    I need the value 'Oushak Rug' to show up 3 times on the calendar, once for each date, along with a label, so it makes sense, like:

    In the 5/01/15 box of the calendar: Oushak Rug- Item Created
    In the 07/06/15 box of the calendar:Oushak Rug- Est. Ship
    In the 09/03/15 box of the calendar:Oushak Rug- Est. Receive

    The labels would be based on the date field name the date was taken from. It really doesn't help to have to have several Calendars, one for each kind of date field as that's a very clunky UI. This would really help on apps that are very calendar-heavy.

16. Multi Language posibility

    I like to have the posibility to create a multi language app. Now I can only supply my customers with our native language (dutch), but for our international clients I want to supply an english portal. I cannot set this with the current labeling system in the tables. Is this possible?

17. Pre-POST ping for Zapier

    It would be great if we could GET data from a table before POSTing using the Zapier Integration.

    This would allow Zapier to work with tables that can't use Autonumber for their Primary key.

    i.e.
    GET tableName.primaryKey.max

18. documentation

    Documentation is key to good database design. There is no where in Caspio to document what I'm doing for future staff. Each Data Page should have a description field that is optionally displayed as a column in the Data Pages view, so that one can scan all data pages within a folder and read the purpose of each.
