  1. Ability to programatically modify Application Parameters inside Caspio application

    Since the purpose of Application Parameters is to hold "application wide" parameters we should have the ability to set application parameters inside the application itself. This request is an expansion on the following IdeaBox request (http://ideabox.caspio.com/forums/164206-caspio-bridge/suggestions/34038961-include-app-parameters-in-api)

    A simple use case is to hold users specific "preferences" or other application level controls. You could use authentication parameters for preferences but simple access to them is not always possible.   2. A Better Way To Create Multi Step Forms

    The way Caspio has us create multi step forms creates numerous problems. First, the limited styling makes the form look very outdated. Next, there is no back button besides using browser history, which would inevitably submit an unwanted record.

  5. Is there a way to be able to send a single message to multiple results

    Just to start I am very new to this! So a gopd place to start with the example database that is preloaded on my Caspio, (the surgeon one) and also the you tube video for the doctors database linked to word press. On this can I say that it's a fantastic guide for some new to this.

    I would like to give users the option to carry out a search and have a list of possible results that they can contact (in the video guide it would be doctors). Is there a way that the user could select suitable candidates…

    datapage for normal user to
    1) upload/import data from excel or csv based on predefined criteria
    2) upload/import can't be successful if one record is not matched or missed/blank in requirement field
    3)result page to check what this user added on the upload.

    this datapage have the same deploy feature and it can be in high plans only ;)

  7. Allow Chart/Pivot Table Combination Datapage.

    I would like to be able to use a chart and pivot table on one datapage. Currently, you can only use a chart and tabular report.

    It would make sense to have a chart and pivot table because you summarize values in both.

  8. Add more options to the Tasks> "Run Task" Frequency

    Presently, the longest frequency is Monthly. I would like to schedule tasks that run every 2 months, or quarterly, or every 6 months, or annually.

  10. allow for editing authentication

    On the Results Page Editing Options, would it be possible to add an editing authentication option (to turn editing either on or off) depending on who's logged in? Or to just allow an ediiting authentication to be used on the editing options choices page. Currently two data pages are needed for this funtionality.

  11. An interface that allows me to write SQL to retrieve data from my tables.

    This was suggested before (#6079113) but that suggestion also requested triggered actions. That request is now marked complete because you implemented triggered actions, so It seems it would do no good to up-vote that request. This would be so useful and so easy to implement.   14. Add new formula fields in views with more than one table

    It would be great I could create formula fields in views (with more than one table). This could make it possible to use, combine or calculate data from multiple tables in a formula.

  18. Send ONE Email For Multiple Records

    This has been discussed a few times in the forums. As it is right now, an email trigger will send one email FOR EACH record matching the condition.

    It would be helpful if we could have all matching records be sent in one email, instead of one email for each matching record.

    To get farther into it, being able to send only updated fields in a notification email/exclude blank fields instead of all records regardless of their values being changed would be sweet.

  19. Time stamp your messages with the TimeZone of the user

    Looks like you are not respecting the timezone of the user for message timestamps. Example:
    9/1/2019 6:48:15 PM Greg Checking validity of time stamp. Should be 9/1/19 12:48pm

  20. Fix your data type processing to accept blank as a numeric 0 for numeric fields. Add more excel functions like "isodd"

    Your data typing rejects blank in numeric fields as alpha. WRONG, should be 0.
    You need a more complete representation of EXCEL functions. Like ISODD
