Bulk Edit Disable selections until checked by user
Bulk Edit is completely confusing to the user if there are several options, as to exactly what they’re updating. Bulk Edit form should have all edit options dis-abled until one of the check boxes on the left are checked- thereby making the edit option enabled- so the user knows exactly what is ‘active’ and updating. My users get totally confused by having to choose from a drop down and then go check a box that may or may not be relevant, and it seems like other edit options may be happening (because they're not disabled- just being 'unchecked' isn't clear…

In Logic tab there should be dynamic comparison at right hand site
In Search and Report wizard or in creating views at right hand site there is option of putting values which happens to be fixed. But like other database there should be option of selecting value dynamically either by query from tables or by variables as right hand side value for comparison. Also there should be option for "in" or similar operator to match all or any value from the list

Hide doublets, by selecting fields in wiews or datapages would be nice.
If i want to find some unique fields in a table or a wiew I have to export
to excel, take away doublets and import again.1 vote -
"Limit to List" Option similar to Access
When typing a table/lookup view to a field, there is no way to force the user to ONLY select the options listed. In Access, this was really easy, you attached the "lookup table", and on the form page select limit to list. This forced the user to only to pick from the list available to them. This helps maintain data integerity. We get you can accomplish this in a dropdown, but need it in all other options, "autocomplete", "Cascading autocomplete". Search form input feature needs more capabilities
The data search form has a feature that provides a capability to input data in top row, that matchs the output fields.
Currently only the auto number data field is uneditable and auto populates, the rest of the fields we either have to populate or make the blank.Desired feature:
If from a search result there are 10 fields that are output, we may have 3 fields that are constantly the same and we want those to auto populate from a table with display field, we need that capability.Example:we have a project and we use a search form:

Field populated from a list should be available as a parameter in a calculated field.
A field should be able to populated from a list and be used as a parameter in a calculated field as well. This is a basic expectation, but is not possible due to a Caspio limitation.

Add cascading option in result page
This is really an essential feature when making a report. For example, based on "class name", the "class room" from another table should be able to be displayed in the result page.

Allow a horizontal gap between header and first row of data in tables
For style reasons it would be great to be able to have a blank separator between the bottom of the header row and the top of the first row of data in tables. Presently, CSS margin code has no effect, and while padding in the header helps, it does not solve the problem - particularly if the header is a contrasting block of color to the rest of the table. Fix the logic tab editor for date comparisons - Today and before/after now
Currently this is broken when using the Logic Tab editor in a datapage report. If you attempt to use the operators (Today and/or before/after Now) using the Logic Tab, this will fail because the operators/values keep resetting to the same.

re-enter password on a submit form
After a user is authenticated and working in datapages i want them to be prompted to re-enter their password when submitting certain data pages.

Enable SQL Variables
Enable SQL variables
I want to do complex SQL/calculations - and the lack of variables makes this overly complicated and repetitive.
I understand why Insert and Update commands are restricted - but Variables in themselves don't compromise the "locked down" nature of Caspio

Grouping arrow icon direction
In the results page when grouping is enabled, the arrows point down when data is not displayed and arrows point horizontal when data is displayed (see screenshot). This is confusing.
Please add arrows to point down when data is displayed and horizontal when data is not displayed.

Datapages, sorting options
On Gallery Datapages, under: Search and Report Wizard - Results Page Options, for sorting options, you should be able to technically "pin" X number of records on top, before "random" kicks in if you wanted. That is a great way to use records that are important or used as examples or promotions for other records.

Conditional drop down and cascading drop down
It is nice to have an option to add a condition for drop down. When displaying a drop down, the content is filtered by meeting a condition, either a text or the content in another field. Same for cascading drop down

When a data pages has multiple levels of groupings, it uses up most of the four sort fields, so the underlying data cannot be sorted down to the necessary level. Please increase sort levels from four to at least six or even more.

Add the ability for autonumbering
Add a feature to display an autonumber on a submission form. i.e. this is ticket 0001....
