Dynamic / Cascading Multi-Select Fields
We need dynamic/cascading Multi-Select Fields. It is really a pain that you need to hardtype the multi-select values on the table level.
If we could have a multiselect field use a lookup table, or have the option to be cascading to let the available values change depending on another field, would be so helpful.
In example, if I have a list of values for my Multi-Select ListBox, and I only want to show some of the values for Employees and all of the values for Admins, it would be sweet to cascade this listbox off of another value to get…

Should be able to deploy Tasks and allow varied permission levels like datapages
Seems crazy that the only way to grant permission to run a task is give a person FULL ADMIN access -
Tasks should be able to be run to whomever we grant permission - they modify table data but datapages can as well.
Should be able to deploy a task and set any level of permission - at the very least allow a person to run assigned tasks inside a app and not need to grant ADMIN access

Revision History for Triggered Actions
Ability to have versions of triggered actions similar to that of Datapages. Including the ability to lock a version and promote. Would be a life saver while troubleshooting.

Backup Office 365 Sharepoint lists
Currently there is no good 3rd party backup/restore solution for Microsoft Office 365 Sharepoint LISTS. Via Caspio build a backup/restore solution of these lists, imbedding credentials.

SMS enhancement (2) Ability to set a Fixed "From" Number
Some organization use a specific number or are known for using a specific number from which they message their client base.
Allowing this feature on Caspio would improve trust, comfort and especially traceability on behalf of the company.
Even though credit would not come from this number, it can be used as a front display, as a dummy field simply.

Add Formatting Setting by Text fields in DataPages - submission form
If you have a Text field in a DataPage - submission form and you to use it for entering an currency, you can't formatting settings. While this field in the table does have the correct DataType.
If you have a form element 'Calculated Value', then is the formatting settings is available.
There is a workaround solution in an JavaScript but you make it quite complicated. I do believe that for something so simple, this must be standard functionality.
For using percentage is this more or less the same issue.

Create new menu item for Triggers
I think it will be very usefull to add new menu for Triggers, in which there wiill be shown all triggers used in application and where the user is allowed to search by name(description) of the trigger. In this way user will be able to find easier the trigger the is looking for and the table he has implemented that trigger to.

Payment processor in Details Report datapage
I suggest to add Payment in Reports details datapage too. That is extremely important! It will save so much time and resources to have eit in REports datapage. Now it is possible to add only in Submission form, which is not useful as details report datapage.
I have a huge list of users and instead of adding the payment in the details page I have to create another dummy table, connect it to my main table, then set 2 triggered actions, then create another submission form datapage and pass 10 parameters just for adding in my submission for the payment…

Format Negative Numbers with Red Font
Caspio needs to modify the Format area where Numbers are formated for each Text field to allow the developers to select a Font color (the default should be RED: #FF0000) for Negative numbers. This is a standard accounting practice. This shouldn't be too hard since the (-) sign is already being associated with the number.
Right now, you have to jump through hoops and then code on every data page (the code being slightly different based on the type of page). The current solution is not documented anywhere. It took me a week and a half on the Forum to…

System Parameter - Timestamp
When I submit or update a record and use the System Timestamp paramente in the datapage to track when then action was performed, currently the time is set after the datapage is open.
However, the time between the datapage loading action and the form is actually submitted by the user might be different. It would be useful if this timestamp parameter is set when the form is successfully submitted too.

Make a filter to sort by latest entry in the datatable
Like the title says, make it so we can sort by the items that were last added to the datatable. Its basically the reverse of "sort by: none".

add a way to force update user authentication fields.
Authentication values are the only fields available in all data pages without tying user tables to all other tables via a view or passing user specific data in each and every url. Allowing force a update of user authentication fields would allow for streamlining the user through complex datapage structures.

Make it possible for support to determine which customers are CPU hogs on a shared site
Since we customers are on shared sites, I suspect that there are usually a few customers who are the biggest consumers and the biggest hogs of the application server and database server, and perhaps performance issues are often tied to not following best practices. This is my biggest complaint with Caspio. There are frequent periods when the spinning circle is there, often for 10 - 30 seconds because the application and/or database server is overwhelmed.

PDF File preview before its Upload
If possible in next CASPIO series add a feature that, a User can Preview a PDF File before it has been Uploaded. This must work in Submission forms
