Allow setting the form id for a datapage so that multiple datapages on one page can be easily referenced via script
Because datapages load async, it's difficult to get the timing right if I want to add onsubmit or datapageready scripting to one datapage (form) when I have multiple on a page. It would be much easier if I could set the form ids to something other than "caspioform" so that each datapage could be referenced by its own unique ID (which is what IDs are supposed to do anyway).

Failed log table for Zapier/Trigger errors
When a table is using a trigger, sometimes their is an error from Zapier (trigger) to the table (action) after a zap has been triggered. It would be nice to have some way to easily see how often, when, and why triggers fail.
The error is recorded on Zapier error logs (see screenshot) but the error seems to be caused from Caspio side.

Make Totals and Aggregations parameter available to add in the header of a DataPage
I want to add the Totals and Aggregations value to the header of a DataPage and since there is no id available for it, I am unable to add it. Please make the parameter available so we can add it to the header/footer of a DataPage.

Functionality to add a new records in Details Report datapage
The Details Report data pages only allow editing of existing records. Isn't it possible to add a "New record" button to the navigation buttons to all entry of a new record/adding of new record.

Scheduled actions
The new triggered actions is great, but due to the new GDPR regulations, I would like the possibility to run an action as a sheduled action, and make it run once a day.
Maybe add a new time option to the triggered actions. (Insert, Update, Delete and TIME).4 votes -
Ability to add SQL to the table formula field for cross table calculations (like you can in a DataPage formula)
Triggered actions are a great feature on their own and work well for new projects. However, they do not replace an SQL statement and only work for new records/actions.
Someone else already commented this on a previous request (http://ideabox.caspio.com/forums/164206-caspio-bridge/suggestions/16414099-can-we-add-sql-to-the-table-formula-field-for-cros) that was marked "complete".

Conditional drop down and cascading drop down
It is nice to have an option to add a condition for drop down. When displaying a drop down, the content is filtered by meeting a condition, either a text or the content in another field. Same for cascading drop down

Wordpress
The integration of datapages in wordpress is not a simple thing : the look and feel is really messed up ... border setting, lightbox, responsive gallerys are not displayed like setup in caspio ... Please make this integration smoother !1 vote -
Conditions on aggregate calculation
The aggregate feature in triggers is a really important feature. It would be great if you could use conditions within the aggregate calculation. For example, "count all the values that are below 10" etc. At the moment there is no way to add conditional statements into the aggregate calculation.

Add an new Triggered Action selector
It would be nice to have the ability to run a Triggered Action on only a single field being Updated. In this case I have a table which has a field which can contain the ID number for another user. This field might start out blank and can later be edited. None of the current selectors (less than, blank, exists, etc..) can accommodate a random value that you don't have any idea in advance what it might be. Might it be possible to have "Changed, or Unchanged" meaning compare the new value to the old value or lack of and…

Copy/Move Triggered Actions
the ability to copy or move the Triggered Actions from testing table to live table, since Caspio team advise to run the Triggered Actions on a testing table first and sometimes the Triggered Actions is complicated and there is a possibility to rebuild the Triggered Actions with missing pieces or rule.

Outlook exchange
I think it would be great to have the ability to integrate the details entered into caspio table and automatically have those details integrated into outlook exchange nominated group email contacts.

add variables to from in Emails from triggers.
Allow variables in To field of Email triggers. Just like in the subject and body so email/email list to can be pulled from a table and not be static. You can use variables in the To field of an email for the datapage and it should also be in the email trigger action.

Add file type to email triggers
It would be beneficial to also have the "file" type field be sent as an attachment in the email triggers. This way, a user can essentially submit emails with an attachment.

Increase the limit for using triggers above 10,000!
I've been trying to implement a trigger to estimate the min/max/average for all the records in my database. If I have four fields I want to estimate min/max/avg values for with a table of 1,000 records I get an error (e.g. 3 aggregations x 4 fields x 1,000 records = 12,000 which is above 10,000. This is very restrictive for doing aggregation calculations. I've also not noticed any performance issues. This limit can be lifted without any compromises for those who need it.

Implement feature to transpose tables.
This will require transposing the table feature so that tables can be created where fields are rows. At the moment tables are created with fields as columns.

Datapages, sorting options
On Gallery Datapages, under: Search and Report Wizard - Results Page Options, for sorting options, you should be able to technically "pin" X number of records on top, before "random" kicks in if you wanted. That is a great way to use records that are important or used as examples or promotions for other records.
