  2. Add Fields for TIME of Day or Hours/Minutes (HH:MM) without having to do a bunch of coding.

    Would like to be able have codes for time of day (singularly) and hours or minutes -- all as separate fields. As it is exists today, one has to use Caspio's calendar function and go through a process to separate fields and use virtual fields. Must this REALLY be so complex to configure one field?

  4. CSV or Excel via Web Form

    It would be great if there was a way to create a web form that users can use to upload a CSV or Excel file which would populate a table in Caspio Bridge accordingly.

  5. Advanced form rules and checks based on calculations of user input.

    We would like to prevent "garbage in" as much as possible by adding constraints on webforms.

    A good example would be for a Date of Birth field to only accept dates greater than 18 years ago.

    Another example would be to say field [x] must be greater than field [y].

  8. Ability to update or submit multiple records to different tables from a single form.

    Data normalization is important for flexible databases. The ability to update or submit multiple records would allow more sophisticated normalization. We need, for example, to store several types of firms in separate tables and use addresses for individuals as well as firms. Without the ability to update or submit multiple tables to different tables from a single form, we will not be able to use Caspio for our project.

  9. Prohibit an End Date to be earlier than a Start Date or display error mesage

    On our intake form, there are "Trip Start Date" and "Trip End Date" fields. It would be helpful to prohibit an End Date that is earlier than the Start Date (e.g., Start Date = 1/15/2019; End Date = 12/01/2018). Or an error message would be helpful. Currently this functionality requires custom JavaScript. Thanks!

    We had been focusing on upgrading our platform to prepare for many exciting features including this feature in future releases. Now that is done; we are ready to work on this feature and get it ready soon. Thank you for your idea.

  11. Scheduled Reports via email

    I would like to have scheduled emails for reports, so that a report can be emailed once every week/two weeks/three weeks/every month. Ideally this could be set up when creating a report within a datapage, that you could specify when the report would be emailed and to whom.

    This is a feature available in low-end cloud based databases creators like Zoho Creator all the way to high end, like Salesforce.

  12. There should be a way to search through your whole Caspio Bridge

    There should be a way to do a search on a field and see what all data pages, views, tables and etc... it's involved with. It will make life easier for people trying to find errors or remove fields when they don't know where they are.

    As part of a large organization, we already struggle with multiple tools with disparate logins. I'd like to propose an integration with local ldap servers so that my users can have a common login across all of our toolsets.

  14. In Datapage Elements, suggested quicker method to configure

    To reconfigure, it takes too long to scroll fields into position when reconfiguring, especially when using large tables and making multiple changes over time.
    I suggest a sequential numbered listing of all fields in the Elements from top to bottom, starting with "1", there should be a button to "GO TO Before #" one can select once the field to be moved is highlighted.

    Also Element window is too narrow when one has long field names, such as when using Source from Views.
    I suggest a drag arrow on right edge of the window to resize and widen. better use…

  17. Increase the size capacity for a scheduled export. I don't mind paying more for this service. I need to back up twice per day

  18. Pass a file as parameter to a new data page

    It would be nice if we could pass a file as parameter (http://url?file=filename.txt) to another data page and assign that value to a field in the data page to save it in another table.

    Can we include the possibility of bulk editing records on different pages?

    for big databases its not right that every time you select records on one page as soon as you click on the next button, all your previous selections are gone

  20. refresh authentication fields as updated or allow other tables in html pages

    Would like to be able to show number of unread messages on navigation bar (a caspio html page that reads authentication fields) but as new messages are added or read, the number can't be updated. Cannot read other tables besides authentication table and that table won't refresh until user logs out and back in. Caspio has this running across the top (home, messages, account, tools, etc) where the messages get updated as you delete them, so it's possible somehow but seems to be unavailable to users.
