Application Parameters In TASKS
It would be great to be able to use Application Paramters in TASKS.
For instance, we will want to generate reports on a pre-set basis (e.g. daily, weekly, etc) to be sent from a particular email that's used application-wide and to another particular email that's used application-wide. FromEmail and SendReportsToEmail would be the application parameters.
But when I try to put the application parameters into the task input fields, they won't validate. I can use them in DataPages, e.g. for password recovery and submission acknowledgements. Very frustrating to not be able to use them in tasks as well.

Show the Type of Datapage within the main App and Datapage listings view.
I am constantly having to open a datapage to see what kind of form, report, calendar, etc. that it is. Please show this information within the main App listings of the datapage properties available. This is in the donut for the "Columns Displayed" for viewing where you can show the date created, authentication name, date last updated, etc.

Create 'self-sufficient' copy of an app
At the moment when you copy 'duplicate' an app from the admin panel it creates a copy of the app and updates the table names with "1". However, the triggers are not updated. This leads to the dangerous situation that a user could be modifying a copy of an app, but actually impacting their original data. I'd like to suggest that users are given the option to create a 'self-sufficient' app that updates all the references and triggers within the app to use the copied data instead of the original data. Use Map as an input (ie add marker etc) & store location in Caspio field
Ability to use the map as a data input source. I specifically would like to allow users to add a polygon or a line to a map and have the area or length returned and stored in a Caspio field.
Currently the map mashup is being used as an "output or reporting only" fashion.

Ability to programatically modify Application Parameters inside Caspio application
Since the purpose of Application Parameters is to hold "application wide" parameters we should have the ability to set application parameters inside the application itself. This request is an expansion on the following IdeaBox request (http://ideabox.caspio.com/forums/164206-caspio-bridge/suggestions/34038961-include-app-parameters-in-api)
A simple use case is to hold users specific "preferences" or other application level controls. You could use authentication parameters for preferences but simple access to them is not always possible. A Better Way To Create Multi Step Forms
The way Caspio has us create multi step forms creates numerous problems. First, the limited styling makes the form look very outdated. Next, there is no back button besides using browser history, which would inevitably submit an unwanted record.

Is there a way to be able to send a single message to multiple results
Just to start I am very new to this! So a gopd place to start with the example database that is preloaded on my Caspio, (the surgeon one) and also the you tube video for the doctors database linked to word press. On this can I say that it's a fantastic guide for some new to this.
I would like to give users the option to carry out a search and have a list of possible results that they can contact (in the video guide it would be doctors). Is there a way that the user could select suitable candidates…

Run Tasks outside of Caspio Website
I would like to see the ability to create a button/link to run a specific task inside of a Datapage. For example, I have many tasks that my staff need to run on demand. Currently, I have to set these tasks up to a schedule, or log in and run them on demand for my staff.
If we had the option to add specific task buttons inside of datapages, or even a specific link that would trigger the task to run, then my staff could run these tasks as they complete their work.

Allow us to create a dropdown that default's to user's data in first item listed
It would be helpful to be able to customize the order of a dropdown list. Specifically if it could default to the user's information but also allow him the option of selecting another item from the dropdown if necessary.

Allow Multiselect Listbox to be viewed as Radio Buttons
Currently for Multiselect Listboxes you can only choose between a dropdown and a listbox. It would be nice if we could format these as radio buttons that could have multiple options selected.

Data Page type Report: Display Search Form above the results option:
The current process loads all records in the results when you open the data page. I would like to have the option to have the data page load with no results until AFTER the user clicks search

Freeze first column in a TABLE (not a datapage table)
I'd like to be able to "freeze" the first column in a table, so that as I scroll across the table, I can always see the first column (which indicates the name of the record).
Sometimes we have a lot of editing to do, and it's easiest to do it in the table. And sometimes, we want to copy the same info into a field for several records. But since we can't see the "Names" of the records (that are in the first column) as we scroll across, we can't accurately past info into the fields. If we could freeze…

Ability to indicate a page break for printing
We do sometimes print our pages. But there is no way to control where page breaks occur. Could you add a simple feature, or provide a simple way with code, to indicate where a page break should be for printing from the browser?

Fix your data type processing to accept blank as a numeric 0 for numeric fields. Add more excel functions like "isodd"
Your data typing rejects blank in numeric fields as alpha. WRONG, should be 0.
You need a more complete representation of EXCEL functions. Like ISODD1 vote
